Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
Brand Audit (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a subscription-based digital platform. This policy explains when and how you may cancel your subscription or request a refund. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s Billing Settings page, or by emailing support@brandaudit.online.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will retain full access to all features until that date.
- Your account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation and then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund under the following conditions, both of which must be met:
Request made within 24 hours of payment
Your refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the original payment transaction. Requests received after this window will not be eligible.
No audits run on the account
You must not have used the platform to generate any brand audit report. If any audit has been initiated, started, or completed under your account during the billing period, the purchase is considered consumed and no refund will be issued.
Both conditions must be satisfied simultaneously. Meeting only one condition does not qualify for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@brandaudit.online within 24 hours of payment with the following:
- The email address registered to your Brand Audit account
- Your payment receipt or transaction reference number
- A brief reason for your request
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The refund request is made more than 24 hours after payment
- One or more brand audit reports have been generated on the account
- Annual plan renewals (you will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal)
- Unused audit credits within a billing period
- Partial months remaining after a mid-cycle cancellation
- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
6. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before auto-renewal. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before the renewal date. Refunds for annual plans follow the same 24-hour / no-usage policy above and apply to the initial purchase only.
7. Consumer Rights Under Indian Law
If you are a consumer located in India, you have rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Nothing in this policy limits or waives rights you are entitled to under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
If you believe a transaction was fraudulent, unauthorised, or involves a technical error on our part, please contact us immediately. Such cases will be reviewed independently of this standard refund policy.
8. Disputes & Grievance Redressal
If you are unsatisfied with our response to a refund request, you may escalate to our designated Grievance Officer:

Response time: Acknowledgement within 24 hours; resolution within 15 business days
Indian users may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) or file a complaint on the Consumer EDAAKHIL portal (edaakhil.nic.in) if unresolved.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
