Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Service — No Physical Shipping

Brand Audit is a 100% digital, subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not manufacture, stock, or ship any physical products. All deliverables — including brand intelligence reports, PDF exports, and platform access — are delivered electronically via your registered account.

Accordingly, traditional shipping, delivery timelines, and exchange policies related to physical goods are not applicable to Brand Audit.

2. Digital Delivery

Here is how our digital deliverables are made available to you:

  • Platform access: Immediately upon successful payment and account activation. You will receive a confirmation email with login instructions.
  • Brand audit reports: Generated in real-time and available in your dashboard within minutes of initiating an audit (typically 3–8 minutes depending on data availability).
  • PDF exports: Available instantly from within your completed report. No additional delivery time required.
  • Subscription receipts & invoices: Sent to your registered email address within minutes of each billing event.

3. Access Issues

If you have completed payment but cannot access your account or reports, please check:

  • Your confirmation email (including spam/junk folders)
  • That you are logging in with the same email used during payment
  • Your payment status with your bank or card provider

If the issue persists, contact our support team at support@brandaudit.online and we will resolve it within 1 business day.

4. No Exchange Policy

As Brand Audit delivers intangible digital services and generated analysis reports, there is no exchange mechanism applicable. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions, or contact our support team.

5. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime for our platform. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime exceeding 24 hours, affected users will be notified and may receive a pro-rated credit at our discretion.
